Anita's Easy Cornbread

  • 2 boxes Jiffy brand Cornbread mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Jiffy mix, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and water. Melt butter in cast iron skillet. Pour mixture into skillet. Cook until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

HONEY BUTTER

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

mix well and serve atop hot cornbread
