Brown Sugar Soy Salmon
- 2 to 3 lbs Salmon
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp. Cooking With Greens No Salt Go To Seasoning
- Aluminum foil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place Salmon skin side down on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the fish entirely. Pull up sides so that sauce remains around salmon. In a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and whisk. pour sauce over salmon and close up the foil around the fish. Place in oven and bake for appx. 20 minutes. Open top of foil and bake an additional 5 minutes. serve.
