Champagne Vinaigrette

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped shallot
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tsp CWG pink Himalayan sea salt
  • ¼ tsp CWG no salt onion black pepper

Blend all ingredients and serve.
