Crab Grilled Cheese
- 12 oz lump crab meat
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 2 tsp minced dill
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- avocado slices
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Spicy Seafood Seasoning
- 1 stalk green onion chopped
- 2 to 4 slices of cheese per sandwich(I used Havarti and Gruyere Cheeses)
- softened butter
- Sliced bread
- Optional: crisp bacon
Combine crabmeat, lemon juice, mayo, cream cheese, dill, green onion, and seasoning in a bowl. Butter one side of sliced bread liberally and place on hot griddle or pan. Add half the cheese, then crab mixture, then avocado and optional bacon. Top with remaining cheese and slice of bread. Butter top of bread liberally with butter. Allow bottom slice to brown and flip to brown other side. Slice and serve.
