Cream of celery soup

  • 2 stalks of celery chopped
  • 2 large onions chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • 2 tbsp Cooking with Greens Go To Seasoning. 
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves

In a large saucepot, melt butter and celery and carrot. Cook for 2 minutes. Add onion and garlic. Cook until all vegetables are softened. Once onion is translucent, add flour and cornstarch. Stir until well combined. Add broth, lemon juice, bay leaves and seasoning. Bring to boil and reduce. Stir in Heavy cream and sour cream. Remove bay leaves. Pour soup into food processor or blender and puree. Serve.
