Easy Lemon Pie

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice and zest. Add in eggs and whisk until smooth. pour filling in a graham crust. cook in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 2 hours to set. Enjoy.
