Mango Sauce

  •  1 tsp crushed red pepper 
  • 1 cup orange juice 
  • 1 1/2 cups mango diced
  • 1 cup sweet onion chopped 
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt 
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

Heat olive oil in saucepan and add onion peppers and mango. Cook until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer until sauce slightly reduces. Pour mixture into a food processor and blend until smooth.  Serve over meats or as a sauce or marinade.
