Mustard Fried Chicken

  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/8 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Seasoning Blend
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Spicy Seafood Blend
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Herb Blend
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Italian Blend
  • Grapeseed oil or other cooking oil

In a large bowl or ziplock back, Combine mustard, buttermilk, Seasoning Blend and chicken. Allow to marinate from 20 minutes to overnight. Combine Flour, cornstarch, Seafood blend, Herb blend and Italian Blend in a bowl or plate. Once chicken has marinated, coat in flour mixture and fry until browned on both sides. Drain and serve.
