Pickled Green Onions (or Leeks)
- 2 bunches of Green onions
- 6 tbs Apple cider Vinegar
- 6 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp Agave sweetener
- 1/2 tsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- Pinch of dry mustard powder or a few mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp dry or fresh dill
Add all ingredients to a bottle to pickle. Serve . Saves for weeks.
