Sauteed Peaches

  • 4 peaches
  • 4 tbsp sweet cream butter
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup White wine or Moscato
  • pinch Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • OPTIONAL: 5 cheeries halved and pitted
  • OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans

Skin peaches and cut in half. Remove pits and cut halves into 2 slices. Heat 2 tbsp butter and add peaches to pan. Cook until browned on each side. Add white wine and rum extract  and bring to slight simmer. Add Cinnamon and Brown sugar. Allow to caramelize slightly while tossing peaches. Add remaining butter and Optional ingredients. Cook until well coated and serve immediately either with ice cream or whipped cream.
