Turkey Tenderloin

  • 2 turkey tenderloins
  • 2 sweet onions sliced
  • olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 sweet pepper cut in strips
  • asparagus spears
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens  BBQ Tomato Blend
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens Go To Seasoning

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drizzle Tenderloins on both sides with olive oil. Coat each side with BBQ Tomato and Creole Blends, pressing onto each side. Toss all vegetables in olive oil and coat with GO TO Seasoning Blend. Place onion rings down as a bed for the Turkey Loin. Place the Turkey Loins on top of the onions. Arrange remaining vegetables atop and around the loins. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes. Remove and allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
