Anita's Vegan Cornbread

  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1/4 cup JUST EGG vegan egg replacement
  • 1/3 cup Coconut or Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees in baking pan for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve.
