Cary's Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup of White Sugar
1 Large or Extra Large Egg
Set your oven at 400* degrees
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until mixture stiffens up. (If it doesn't stiffen sit it out for a few minutes)
Use a teaspoon and make cookie balls in the palm of your hand and place them on a ungreased cookie sheet lined with foil is optional. Space then about an inch apart.
Fork them to make imprints (looks like a hashtag symbol #)
Bake for 8 mins a n let cool before removing from sheet.
