Corn Salsa
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper diced small
- 1/4 cup sweet onion diced small
- 4 tbsp olive oli
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup parsley or cilantro minced
- 2 tsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend
Add all ingredients to saute pan and cook until corn is warmed. Serve.
