Remoulade Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha adjust to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cooking with Greens creole seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 capful white or white wine vinegar
Whisk together, chill and serve.
