  • 1/2 cauliflower head
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Herb Blend
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil

Rinse cauliflower and pat dry. Grate Cauliflower florets to "rice" size. Place in cloth and squeeze out any excess liquid. Place avocado oil in hot pan and add cauliflower and spices. Cook stirring often for 3 minutes with lid on. Stir and remove from heat. Serve.
