Champagne Vinaigrette
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup roughly chopped shallot
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ tsp CWG pink Himalayan sea salt
- ¼ tsp CWG no salt onion black pepper
Blend all ingredients and serve.
