Chef Wallace's Potsticker dipping sauce

6 Tbsp low sodium Soy sauce
3 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp white sugar
1chopped green onion stalk
1 tsp minced ginger
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp Sesame seeds
OPTIONAL: 1 tsp crushed chili flakes

Whisk and serve!
