Chicken Nuggets
- 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups panko breading
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Herb Blend
- 2 tbsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- Vegetable oil
Cut chicken into bite sizes and set aside. Combine Flour and half of the spices on a plate. Combine Panko and the other half of the spices on a second plate. Mix Eggs and sriracha in a bowl. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, eggwash, then panko. Cook in vegetable oil. drain and serve.
