Corn Dogs

  • 1 pkg Jiffy Cornmix
  • 10 hot dogs blotted dry
  • 10 wooden or bamboo skewers
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 3/4 tsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Smooth Heat Blend
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • oil

Preheat oil in deep fry to 375 degrees. Insert skewers into dried hot dogs. Roll hot dogs in cornstarch and shake off any excess. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour into a tall drinking glass. Dip hotdogs into batter, then deep fryer one at a time. Fry for 3 minutes, turning, or until golden brown. drain and serve.
