Country Style BBQ Ribs

  • 2 lbs country style boneless ribs (we used Angus)

Rub:

  • 2 Tbs CWG Creole Blend
  • 2 Tbs CWG Garlic black pepper blend
  • 3 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp CWG No Salt Smooth Heat blend
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tbs honey
Preheat oven to 250. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and set aside. Mix all rub ingredients together in small bowl. Add  ribs to a large bowl and sprinkle with rub, toss to coat. Layer your ribs in single layer on baking sheet and cover with tinfoil. Bake for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours, combine BBQ sauce and honey. Remove ribs from oven and baste ribs with bbq sauce. Place back in oven for about 30 mins to one hour, checking for tenderness after 30 minutes. Remove from oven, baste with more BBQ sauce and garnish with parsley.
