Ice Cream French Toast

  • 4-6 Hawaiian rolls cubed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 scoops all natural ice cream melted
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter

Add ice cream and heavy cream to bowl, scramble eggs and whisk in. Whisk in vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Add cubed Hawaiian roll pieces to bowl ensuring that all pieces are covered. Allow to soak for a few minutes. Melt butter over hot griddle or pan and add individual cubed bread pieces to hot skillet. Brown on each side and serve with maple syrup or a la mode.
