Salmon with crab and shrimp

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 1/2 cup jumbo crab meat pieces
  • 1/2 cup finer crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 6 deveined, deshelled jumbo shrimp
  • Cooking with Greens Spicy Seafood Blend
  • Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
  • 1 stalk green onion chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp jarred roasted peppers minced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Parchment paper

Place parchment paper in a baking pan and preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat salmon filets dry. Sprinkle Seafood and Creole Blends on all surfaces of the salmon. Place Salmon in baking dish. In a small bowl, mix both varieties of crabmeat, mayonnaise and minced roasted peppers. Place crabmeat mixture atop salmon filets. Melt butter and garlic in a small dish. Pour half the butter mixture atop the crab and salmon and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place shrimp atop crab. Pour the remaining butter mixture atop shrimp. Cook for an addition 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with minced green onion. Serve.
