Shrimp Orzo Tuscan Style

  • 8 oz Orzo pasta
  • 1 lb peeled deveined shrimp
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp white wine or Moscato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cooking With No Salt Italian Blend
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Spicy Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Herb Blend
  • 12 grape tomatoes halved
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 large onion chopped
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups  shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp red pepper flakes OPTIONAL

Toss shrimp with Italian blend, Spicy Seafood and Herb blend. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan and cook shrimp on each side until no longer translucent. Remove from pan. Heat a dry skillet to high. Add orzo, cooking until orzo is slightly browned and toasted. Add onion, wine  and garlic to pan. cook for about 2 minutes and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix well and Add chicken stock. Add OPTIONAL red pepper flakes. Bring to boil and cover. Cook about 12 minutes or until most of the liquid has absorbed Add in grape tomato halves. Add cheese and mix well. Fold in Spinach leaves and mix until wilted. Add shrimp back to pan and mix in.

✋🏽My question is if you order a spice, and it arrives and the seal is broken and the lid is open, will you replace the spice?
