Teriyaki Style Steak Stir Fry

MARINADE

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 rib eye steaks or other cut meat

In a ziplock bag, add all ingredients and mix well. Add steaks to marinade, insuring that all meat is covered. Remove all air from bag and zip closed. Store in refrigerator for 2 days to overnight. 

STIR FRY

  • 1 Vidalia Onion sliced
  • 1/4 red sweet pepper julienned
  • 1/4 orange sweet pepper julienned
  • 1/4 yellow sweet pepper julienned
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 10 baby carrots julienned
  • 2 stalks of Green onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

SAUCE

  • 16 oz Beef Stock
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

In a large bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients together. Set aside. In a large saucepan or wok, add 2 tbsp olive oil, onion, peppers, carrots and celery. Cook until all vegetables are softened. Add all sauce  and bring to boil. Reduce and cook until sauce thickens. Add chopped Green onion. Taste and re-season if necessary. Serve over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
