Coleslaw

  • 1/2 cabbage sliced thin
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, salt and vinegar until dissolved. Whisk in mayo, pepper and celery seed. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Enjoy.
