Janine's Mango Mint Gremolata
- 1 mango cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsps lemon zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint chopped
- Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
- 2 minced large garlic cloves
Use a mortar and pestle or food processor and combine everything but the mango. Toss in mango and serve.
