- 10-12 small red potatoes cubed
- 1 whole garlic head
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1tbsp garlic powder
- 1tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
- 1 tbsp chicken bullion flavoring
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp oregano
boil potatoes until soft. Drain. Slice head of garlic horizontally, drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil. Bake garlic in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
In bowl or large pan, mash potatoes, squeeze out softened roasted garlic and add all ingredients. serve. Re-season if necessary.
