Honey Chili Shrimp Skewers

  • 1 lb shelled, deveined Jumbo Shrimp
  • 5 to 10 bamboo skewers
  • 1 cup honey
  • 5 tbsp chili sauce
  • pink himalayan sea salt
  • crushed black pepper
  • olive oil
  • Bamboo Skewers
Soak skewers in water about a half hour prior to cooking. Place Shrimp onto skewers. Drizzle with olive oil on both sides. Coat with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix honey and chili sauce. Place skewers onto hot grill surface and brush shrimp with honey chili sauce. turn over onto grill and brush other side. Continue until sauce is gone. Serve immediately garnished with chopped green onions.
