- 1 lb Brussels sprouts cut in half
- 4 slices of hickory smoked bacon chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion chopped
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1 to 2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Maple Bacon Blend
- 2 tbsp 100% Maple Syrup
Cook Bacon until crisp. Drain Bacon and set aside. Reserve bacon fat. Cook Onion, garlic and Brussels Sprouts and Bacon in Bacon fat. Add Maple Bacon blend and continue to cook, mixing until Brussels sprouts start to soften and brown. When Brussels are done, drizzle in Syrup and toss, cooking for one minute. Serve immediately.
