  • 1 lb Salmon cut into 4 filets
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking With Greens Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp water or broth
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

 Season both sides of salmon with Cooking with Greens Creole Blend. Set aside. Heat olive oil in large saucepan and add salmon to pan skin side down. Cook until sides of salmon start to turn white. Flip and cook other side until sides start turning white. Flip again and add in garlic and whisk in honey lemon sauce. Allow sauce to reduce and serve over rice.
