Peaches and Cream

  • 1 can peaches in syrup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla 
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • OPTIONAL: 2 tsp Jim Beam Vanilla 

Drain Heavy syrup and save 1 tbsp of syrup. Add butter, reserved 1 tbsp syrup from peaches and all other ingredients to pan. Heat on high until bubbling. Mix and lower heat until sauce slightly caramelizes. cool and serve with whipped cream

WHIPPED CREAM

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Add all ingredients and whip on high until peaks form. Serve with peaches mixture.
