  • 1 cup pearl CousCous
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1/8 cup pine nuts or almond slivers
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With greens Go To Blend
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

In a saucepan, add olive oil  garlic and nuts. cook until nuts start to toast slightly. Add in butter, broth and Go To Blend. Bring to boil and add Couscous. Remove from heat and cover. Allow couscous to cook in heat of pan, until liquid is absorbed. Toss in parsley and mix. If too much liquid is present, place pan on low heat and cook for a few minutes more. Serve.
