  • 1 cup diced raw bacon
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 8 oz Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Place diced bacon in hot skillet and cook until browned. Remove bacon from pan and reserve about 1 tbsp bacon grease.  Add tomatoes to pan and cook for about 6 minutes, or until tomatoes begin to blister. Add bacon and remaining ingredients to pan and reduce liquid for about 5 minutes. Serve warm over meat.
