Crab and Shrimp Lo Mein

  • 12 oz crabmeat
  • 1 lb cleaned, deveined shrimp
  • 1 package Lo Mein noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup shitake mushrooms chopped
  • 1/2 carrot julienned
  • 1/4 green pepper julienned
  • 1/4 sweet pepper julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • 1 tsp Cooking WIth Greens Spicy Seafood Blend
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Set aside. Prepare Lo Mein noodles, drain and run under cool water. set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan and heat. Toss shrimp in Go To and Seafood blends and add to hot pan. Cook until shrimp is partly cooked and remove from pan. Add remaining oil to pan and add vegatables. Cook until vegatables are slightly softened. Add in noodles, shrimp and sauce.  Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, tossing. Add crab and mix well. Serve.
