Perfect French Fries

  • Russett Potatoes
  • Vegetable or Peanut oil
  • Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Seasoning Blend

cut the potatoes into fry strips, rinse and then place in a bowl, covered by cold water. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Drain and pat dray. Heat oil (peanut oil is great) to 300 degrees and cook fries for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from grease and drain. Heat oil to about 400 degrees. Refry the fries until browned. Drain and Season with Seasoning Blend. Serve!
