Brown Butter Garlic Shrimp
- 1 lb Peeled deveined shrimp
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Seasoning
- 9 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup white wine or Moscato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- chopped parsley
- grated aged parmesan
Combine flour, smoked paprika and Go To seasoning. Dredge shrimp in flour mixture and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter and add garlic. Cook until garlic is light brown. Add wine and cook for an additional minute. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add olive oil and cook shrimp until browned on both sides. Remove from pan. Add garlic butter mixture back to pan and slightly reheat. Toss in shrimp until coated. Add parsley and Parmesan to pan. Serve over rice.
