Seafood Boil Packs

  • 1 lb Snow or King Crab
  • 1 lb Jumbo shrimp
  • 1 lb Hot Kielbasa or Andouille sausage sliced
  • 6 corn cobs sliced into quarters
  • 1 lb fingerling or small red potatoes
  • 1 sweet onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cooking with Greens Spicy Seafood Blend
  • 3 stalks green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano cheese
  • Aluminum foil

Boil corn and potatoes until potatoes have softened. Place sheets of foil down and turn up edges. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place equal amounts of crab, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, onions, and green onion in foil packs. Sprinkle each with even amounts of Cooking With Greens Spicy Seafood Seasoning. Spoon over Butter Garlic sauce saving some for dipping. Wrap up aluminum, using extra sheet of foil if necessary, ensuring to close tightly. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes. Open packages and sprinkle on cheese. Serve immediately.

Butter Garlic Sauce

  • 4 sticks sweet cream butter
  • 2 heads of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Lemon Red Bell Pepper Blend
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Spicy Seafood Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh minced parsley

Melt butter and add garlic. Bring to low simmer. Add All other spices and simmer for 8 minutes stirring often. Remove from heat and mix in parsley.
