Remoulade Sauce
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 sprig of fresh dill
- 1/2 kosher dill spear
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- OPTIONAL: splash of hot sauce
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend. Refrigerate and serve.
