Asian Slaw
- 1/2 cabbage sliced thin
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley minced
- 1/4 cup toasted almond slivers
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 Tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1-2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 carrot sliced thinly
- 1 sweet pepper sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup mayo
Mix all ingredients and serve!
