Broiled Lobster Tail

Broiled Lobster Tail

  • 4 lobster tails *butterflied
  • 1 stick sweet cream butter
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
  • 2 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Preheat oven to Broil on high. Melt butter and combine with garlic, parsley, paprika and Creole Blend. Brush mixture on flesh of lobster tail. Broil on High for at least 7 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 145 degrees. Remove and serve immediately with remaining butter dipping sauce. Optional squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

*To butterfly lobster tails, with fin facing away from you, use kitchen shears to cut the middle of the top side of shell just above the meat. Cut down to where the tail fins start. Pull shell open and with your fingers, raise the meat above the shell so that it sits atop the shell. Pinch the shell closed beneath the flesh.
