  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
  • 1 lb ground pork, chicken, or turkey
  • 1 medium sweet onion minced
  • 2 tsp cilantro or parsley minced
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 12 oz can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 small to medium carrot minced
  • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • vegetable oil
  • Lumpia or Spring roll wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce

In a small bowl, combine ground meat, ginger, Seasoning blend, cilantro or parsley, Onion black pepper blend, green onion and beaten egg. Add olive oil, sweet onion, carrot, and water chestnuts to pan. Cook until onions and carrots soften. Add in Ground meat mixture and cook until browned. Add in Soy sauce. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to cool.  On a flat surface, place wrappers, with corner facing you. Spoon on about 2 tbsp of filling mixture near the bottom section of the wrapper. Fold wrapper up and corners in. Roll and seal edges with water. Fry in vegetable oil until browned. Drain and serve with sweet chili dipping sauce.
