Brown Sugar Garlic Salmon

  • 4 salmon filets patted dry
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • Parchment paper

Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic and Go To Blend. Place Salmon filets on a greased parchment paper, skin side down. Brush Brown sugar mixture atop salmon. Bake in oven for appx. 20 minutes. Serve.
