Super Easy Shortcut Peach Cobbler

  • 2 15 oz cans of sliced cling peaches in syrup
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
  • 1/8 cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
  • 1 stick refrigerated butter

Add peaches in syrup, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, ground cinnamon, nutmeg in a saucepan. Bring to simmer. stir in milk or heavy cream. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Open cake mix and sprinkle evenly atop peaches mixture. Cut slices of butter atop dried cake mix, attempting to cover all areas. Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes or until done. Serve hot with ice cream or whipped cream.
